New York, 2011 - M2 made a big splash at this year’s NY EMMY Awards, garnering 3 statuettes for their outstanding work on the series "The Lineup" and "The Game 365" both of which appear on MSG Network. Each program was produced by RGTV, with M2 providing all of the production and post-production. "The Game 365" was recognized as BEST REGULARLY SCHEDULED PROGRAM, while, "The Lineup" was awarded BEST SPORTS PROGRAM

m2 Takes a Tour de France

m2 continued its long-standing relationship with RGTV as they teamed up to shoot elements for Versus' coverage of the 2011 Tour de France. Versus has been the network home of the Tour de France since 2004. The m2/RGTV production team spent three weeks following the premier cycling teams in the world as they prepared for this years race. The crew, shooting in 1080 24p High Definition, captured training footage, interviews, headshots, and specialty shots in various locations around Spain.

m2 joins forces with Camelot Communications Group to produce powerful "Story" of Children's Hospital. Working with Camelot Communications Group Executive Producer Louis LaRose, m2 has produced a five-part integrated video campaign about Pittsburgh's state of the art medical facility, Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC. The video showcases the groundbreaking, paperless medical facility's technologies, from electronic health records to telemedicine, through the journey of a six-year old child facing a medical crisis.

m2 provided all post finishing on GWB, an independent feature film by Writer/Director Jonathan Ullman and produced by Dave Steck and Numeric Pictures. m2's COO and Lead Editor Lee Umphred handled both online edit (conform), color correction and final mastering of GWB. m2's Design VFX Director Donnie Murphy realized the VFX scenes, including time lapse sequences of the bridge as night breaks to dawn.

A NEW LOOK FOR BASEBALL!

The motion department of m2 redesigned Major League Baseball International’s graphics package for their 2011 post-season telecasts that are broadcast around the world. The package included all of the pre-game and in-game graphics including the show open, inserts, interstitials, bumpers and transitions. m2 has been creating graphics for MLBI for over 10 years and has designed the last three graphics packages for their telecasts.
